Another class of senior high school students at one of the best college prep boarding schools in the country means another group of students filled with ideals, ambition and goals who are preparing to embark on the next level of academia: college.
But applying for college comes with obstacles. Some of those obstacles might pertain to making sure your grades are good enough to get into your dream school, but others might have nothing to do with school and instead have to do with your parent’s finances.
Fortunately the Federal Application for Federal Student Aid (better known as FAFSA) helps students from boarding high schools who might not be able to afford the entire bill that comes with college. Even if you earn a scholarship or your parents are willing to pay for your education, filling out the FAFSA is still a good idea to fill out the form to see what grants you might qualify for.
