Students are some of the worst sleepers out there. Their schedules are sporadic and they are often obsessed with staying up late at night. These horrible sleepers include students at public high schools, private boarding schools and colleges across the country. It’s one thing missing a couple of hours of sleep one night, but when it becomes a consistent routine, your grades and overall performance will falter.
Fortunately, there are ways to cope with sleeping problems. There are serious sleeping disorders that may require a doctor or professional to solve, but most sleeping problems students have nowadays are merely bad habits.
