The B Team had a solid practice on Thursday and it showed on Friday night as they hosted Independence High School from Provo, Utah. This time, the Tigers were ready for the size difference and they jumped out to an early 14 to 8 lead with balanced scoring offensively and solid team defense, out rebounding the much larger team. The Tigers continued to push their lead in the 2nd and 3rd quarter, scoring 21 points each quarter. Independence cut a sizable chunk out of the lead in the 4th quarter while the Tigers were working on some of their weaker defensive and offensive strategies.
