A Wasatch Academy promotional video produced by Todd Noall, President of Fusion 360, a Salt Lake City digital marketing agency, won an Emmy Award at the recent 2017 Rocky Mountain Southwest regional banquet in Phoenix, Arizona.
The winning video features Wasatch Academy students talking about their dreams, their passions, their aspirations, and conquering limitations in order to succeed. Brian McCauley, Assistant Head of School for Admissions and Marketing, who came up with the concept for the video states, “Our goal was to avoid making another typical boarding school video that shows happy students and lists facts. We wanted to show the soul of Wasatch Academy and the emotions and attitudes of our students.”
Since the video debuted, it has been played at numerous recruiting fairs around the world to great acclaim. It has resulted in over 26,000 views on the Wasatch Academy website. Many Wasatch Academy students have said that the video is what got them interested in the school.
