Learning Differences Services

Students with learning differences may need additional support to develop the study skills and habits necessary to achieve the most favorable academic outcomes.

Learning Services offers assistance in one-to-one coaching to support the development of executive function skills such as cognitive flexibility, goal setting, organizing materials and ideas, prioritizing, self-monitoring, and self-checking with specialized support for students with identified learning differences – dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia and processing deficits.

About 30% of our students are enrolled in the Learning Services program.  These students meet one-to-one with their learning coach during a regularly scheduled class period.  The coach offers assistance developing skills, strategies, and independence to reach new heights and succeed in future endeavors.
